My name is Wongsuda Supaporn, and I am the founder and managing director of the firm. I have spent nearly 17 years in the legal industry. Prior to practicing law, I worked in-house at large corporations handling contract drafting and negotiation, operational systems, and market analysis. That background matters more than most people realize. Having sat on the client’s side of the table, I know firsthand what keeps a CFO awake at night, what tests a managing director’s patience, and how a seemingly minor issue on paper can translate to real financial loss. I am also a business owner myself-managing a 200-room hotel in Rayong – so I deal with payroll, personnel, and commercial contracts in the exact same way our clients do.
I earned my Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Penn State Law in 2018 on a scholarship, graduating with a GPA above 3.7. In Thailand, I am a registered patent agent and a licensed attorney. Over the years, our firm has successfully registered more than 100 trademarks both domestically and internationally.
